Business Analyst Requirements Gathering : Work with users and stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects. Data Collection and Analysis : Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making. Analysis and Modeling : Use modeling techniques to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions.. Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with management teams, end-users, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs. 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst. ~ Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes. ~ Must have : experience in SAP ~ Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations. ~ Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI. ~ Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.
